Olga Ivanova Ruffo est professeur Associée en Marketing à ICN Business School. Elle est titulaire d'un Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion de l'Université de Luxembourg et d'un MBA de l'Université de la Floride Centrale. Elle est membre du CEREFIGE. Ses recherches portent principalement sur l'évaluation sociale des organisations où elle étudie en profondeur le concept de la legitimité organizationnelle, et le développment durable. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans les revues suivantes: "Journal of Business Ethics", "Human Relations", "European Business Review", "Journal of Cleaner Production", "Journal of Change Management", "Management Decisions", "European Journal of Innovation Management", "Journal of Corporate Citizenship", "Revue de l'Organisation Responsable", etc.
